Product description:
Rock rug is designed by Joanna Laajisto. The pattern and color scheme of the rug is inspired by the Baltic Sea archipelago and the beautiful lines of the coastal cliffs. The pattern is made according to Joanna Laajisto's hand drawn drawing. The pile cut to different sizes emphasizes the beautiful hand-drawn pattern and creates a finished and organic result at the same time. The contrast is subtle.
The hand-knotted Rock rug is made of wool and bamboo viscose yarn spun together. Combining the materials into the same yarn creates an ecological material, but also an incredibly pleasant soft surface. The ends of the rug are finished with edge detailing, which brings structure and contrast to the rug alongside the organic pattern.
Material: 50% wool, 50% bamboo viscose, cotton warp
Size: 200x300 cm (measurement accuracy +-2%)

Care instructions:
Vacuuming at low power in the direction of the pile with a carpet nozzle with no bristles or very soft bristles. Turn the rug 180 degrees regularly.
For all Roots Living rugs, we recommend that the rug is cleaned by a professional cleaner, where professionals choose the best possible way to wash the rug. For the Rock carpet, we recommend a washing method suitable for sensitive materials, such as foam washing. Flat water washing can be used, but it must be noted that the gloss and texture of the viscose may change in this washing method. Rubbing must be avoided when removing stains. Good ventilation during the drying process is essential. Shrinkage is about 3–5%.
