Terms of delivery

All online store products can be delivered within Finland. If you need a delivery to a place other than Finland, please contact us. We will then calculate the shipping costs.

Within Finland, delivery is free for orders over 80 € and which can be delivered in standard-sized packaging. If the number of products ordered is significantly large and requires special packaging, we reserve the right to charge for delivery. In such a case, we will contact you before delivery.

Roots Living is not responsible for lost or broken items during delivery about the product, but we strive to choose the best service provider for everyone for deliveries. We are not responsible for delivery delays that result for reasons beyond our control.

Our goal is to ship the ordered products within five (5) working days of receiving the order. The estimated delivery time for special-size rugs is 15 weeks.

Return

In the unfortunate event that the ordered product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. Pack the product carefully and take it to the post office, pay the postage and send it to our office in Helsinki. Please note that Roots Living is not responsible for returns in connection with a damaged or lost product.
