Order a sample and make sure the rug is the perfect fit for your home!
Durable and timeless rugs provide a foundation for your home, complementing your furniture and accessories. Rugs play a significant role in interior design, and we want to ensure you make the right choice for your space. That’s why we’ve introduced a new service in our online store: you can now order samples to try at home and make sure the rug suits your interior perfectly.

Ordering samples

If you are unsure whether a Roots Living rug is the right fit for your home, you can first order a 50x50 cm sample piece. Returns on sample orders are free of charge. If you wish, you can also keep the sample.

How the Sample Service Works

1. Order the sample piece you want from our online store.

2. Check at home whether the rug suits your interior. If you’re happy with your choice, you can already go ahead and order the rug from our online store.

3. Return the sample to us within 14 days. Pack it in the original packaging and attach the return label provided on the package.

4. Drop the package off at the post office or bring it to our showroom in Lauttasaari on weekdays between 10 AM and 4 PM. The return is free for you.

5. Once we have received the sample, we will refund your payment.
